  • Account information you provide when you create an account or engage us as a client: name, email address, and information necessary to provide the service.
  • Usage and device data: standard log data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) collected to operate and secure the service.
  • Content you submit to applications we build and host, used only to provide the feature you requested.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not buy, rent, or use purchased or cold contact lists.

How we use email

We send transactional and relationship email only:

  • Account and security messages — email verification, password reset, sign-in/security alerts.
  • Service messages — receipts, confirmations, and account/service notifications.
  • Client communication — messages related to work we are performing for an existing client.

These are essential service communications tied to your account or engagement. We do not send marketing campaigns and do not add you to any bulk mailing list. Contact us at [email protected] to stop non-essential messages, or close your account to stop all messages. If you ever mark our mail as spam or it bounces, your address is automatically suppressed and we stop sending to it.

We send email through Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services); message metadata is processed by AWS to deliver mail and to report bounces and complaints.

How we protect information

Data is transmitted over TLS, access is restricted to personnel who need it, and we retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Third parties

We use service providers strictly to operate our service (for example, Amazon Web Services for hosting and email, and Cloudflare for DNS/CDN). They process data only on our behalf.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
